New team support

Creating a new team can be a daunting task, especially for new team leaders without the support of HR or established business infrastructure.

That's where we come in. We provide support and guidance every step of the way, from writing compelling job specs to setting up the interview process.

We also help you assess candidates to ensure they possess the right communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. to foster a collaborative working environment and overcome the lack of trust often associated with newly-formed teams.

Our goal is to help you create a team with strong communication and build good relationships, which are essential for an effective team and success.

Shaping a great team

You can’t just switch on great team collaboration, it takes time and work. Businesses are constantly changing. The need to keep employees engaged, focused and on board is tougher than ever.

We offer team building services through a bespoke training programme or with the help of our self-development tool, Insights Discovery. This tool helps individuals understand their work style and how it can be integrated into the workplace for better collaboration.

Whichever path you choose, the outcome will be the same - a team that trusts and communicates effectively, leads to stronger relationships and improved collaboration.

The training programme focuses on improving communication skills and managing conflict, helping team members understand and empathise with each other's styles and preferences.

We use a combination of theory and practical exercises, such as pairing team members with opposite styles and having them coach each other, to achieve this.

Who we work with

Most of our work is with medium to large businesses, particularly in the retail, tech and transportation sectors.

But the beauty of coaching and Insights Discovery training is that it’s equally effective for everyone. So no matter the size of your business or the industry you’re in, we’re here to help improve team collaboration and trust in the workplace.

Leadership Coaching

It's a challenge to be an effective leader who can handle conflict and build trust in the workplace, whilst also coaching employees to perform better helping them balance business strengths and manage their areas of development.

That's why we offer the ‘SAL programme’ (self-aware leader) to help managers and leaders become more self-aware, learn more about how to enhance team collaboration and lead their teams to success in a competitive market.

Through this programme, leaders complete a questionnaire to assess their leadership style, followed by a six-step process to enhance their leadership abilities.

Good communication is essential in the workplace, and this programme helps leaders develop the necessary skills to effectively communicate with their team and handle conflict in a professional manner.

Our Testimonials

"Passion For Performance ran an evening session for us on presenting your best self at work. It was a highly interactive session, with lots of noise, enjoyment and participation. Feedback from the delegates showed that they had a lot of 'take ways' which they were planning to put into practice."
