Insights Discovery is a simple, yet powerful tool that can help a team to improve their communication and performance.


The system is based on the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and uses a color-coded personality system to help people to understand their own strengths and weaknesses.


By understanding the personality types of their employees, managers and team members are provided with powerful tools to understand and develop both themselves and each other.


So how do we use Insights Discovery to develop a team?


We tailor solutions to help you confront the most pressing team issues, based on individual team members preferences and capabilities.

We look at each team member and analyse how they fit and work with each other.


How does it work?


Insights Discovery uses a simple four colour model to greater understand each individuals personal preferences based on questionnaire responses.


We then work with your team to greater understand to explore preferences and capabilities in a clear, easy to understand way.


What are the results?


After each Insights session each team member is given a personal and practical action plans and then coached to create a self-managed and self-owned development plan.


During the training there are plenty of opportunity for team members to provide feedback using the Discovery Full Circle Method, uncovering vital insights on how the team really see each other, as well as help them greater understand their individual impact in a fun way.
